We have a minimum spend of $40, plus the delivery fee.  Please note, the prices reflected at time of order are estimates based on seasonal produce prices from local suppliers.  Weights and sizes of produce do vary, so your order total will be updated at time of picking & packing.  As such, we pre-authorise your card when you place your order, and take the payment once we have the updated total. We always endeavour to ensure the price is as close to the estimate as possible.

Please note, we are unable to deliver your produce until payment has cleared from your nominated card. Please ensure funds are available to ensure no delays.


Because we use pre-authorisation to ensure the most accurate prices for your order, your bank will “reserve” the money in your bank account, and release it back to you once the actual transaction is made (similar to how hotels pre-authorise a bond).

This is usually instantaneous, however we have noticed some banks take longer than others to release these funds back to customers. In particular, Bankwest can take up to 10 days to release pre-authorised funds back to their customers. Most other banks don’t seem to have an issue.

Unfortunately this is something we have no control over, as it is up to individual banks and their internal reconciliation systems, when they release funds.

If it has been longer than 10 business days and your funds are still “held”, please do email us and we will do what we can to assist.


Once your order has been submitted it cannot be changed.  If you need to urgently cancel your order, please email us directly at orders@ ivansmarketgarden.com.au with your Order Number and details.


Due to seasonal availability, you may not get everything you order. We will do our best to deliver everything you order, however, if we are unable to do so, we will try and find the best alternative. Where we can, we will make logical substitutions.

For example, if you order Dutch Cream Potatoes and we only have access to Royal Blue Potatoes, we will include Royal Blue Potatoes. If you have ordered something that is out of stock, we will not charge you for it or include it in your delivery. You will receive an order receipt via email, which will reflect substitutions made and any unavailable items will be removed.


$9.90 flat fee which includes picking and packing, and delivery to our current delivery zones.


Our orders are packed and delivered in food safe, recyclable boxes. Once we have made delivery, please ensure your order is refrigerated immediately.

Please stipulate any specific delivery requests in the delivery notes. For example if your property is particularly difficult to locate or we need to be mindful of a dog on the property.

We are unable to advise the exact time to expect your delivery, and are only able to provide a general delivery window.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We do our best to deliver on time, however if we are delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible.
